Cheap Halloween Costumes

Alright so I’m super cheap when it comes to costumes, and I happen to have a really cool jersey from college. How can I make myself look like a football player without being completely masculine? I want to look somewhat cute. Thanks for the help!

Tuck the jersey into a pair of short shorts that match the jersey and wear nice knee high socks with sneakers. Put black smudges under your eyes. Carry a football?
