Cheap Halloween Costumes

I have a black v-neck dress that’s knee length and a little pouffy at the bottom that i plan to wear along with some black wings. what else can i do to pull the costume together? and what, if any, accent colors would work?

you can be holding a black rose that they sell at halloween stores.
red lipstick.
black cross necklace.
do the smokey eye look with your dark eyeshadow.
if you want to add a little something to your hair wear a black head band.
black lacie wrist high gloves that they might still sell at forever 21.
