Cheap Halloween Costumes

So all my friends & me wanna dress up for halloween as a group
& some people we know are already being m&ms, police officers, superheros

Any other ideas?

there should be some prisoners to go with the police officers!
girl and boy superheros?!
cause you should get both like a girl and boy batman and robin or something would be sweet!

help with mine?!!
