Mine today was horrible, I’m 15, so all the costumes that will fit me are super short and super low cut, and I didn’t want that. My mom was yelling at me, because everything that wasn’t too short was too expensive. She finally picked up a pirate one, told me that she liked it. I liked it, and said ok, but she goes "no, you don’t like it, we’re not leaving until you pick out a new one." I had to keep telling her I liked it and standing there holding it until she finally let me get it.What are your tales from Halloween shopping?

Ahh i feel your pain.. i had to call like 6 costume stores to get this one honey bee costume and then the one that had it was like 15min away and i wasnt bout to get it because my mom said it was too short but i begged and got it=] I never acctually dress like a slutt so i was like hmm its halloween why not..
the thing is i always buy my costume like when Halloween is really close lol.

My friends made some really late plans to go to a club on Halloween and it’d be lame if I was the only person without a costume.

Is it difficult to go to a Halloween shop and buy a costume on Halloween. Are they all gone by then? I haven’t been costume shopping since I was in elementary school.

Don’t know what the case is around where you’re living but most shops keep a pretty stocked inventory even a few days after Halloween.

last minute halloween party, i have no costume, the shops are shut, and i dont know what to wear. can anybody suggest anything that will be easy to do?

All black attire-lots of makeup-maybe white baking powder on your face and red lipstick as blood and tease your hair all crazy with hairspray-and you will pretty much look like a physco! That is the best costumes

I am looking for a halloween costume in or around Roppongi, Shibyu or the surrounding areas of Tokyo. I tried central Roppongi and the selection wasn’t so great, any help is greatly appreciated

Remember the weekends at Yoyogi park, near Harajuku staition? The Japanese girls into Costume play or cosplay(cospurei). There are some shops in the harajuku shopping street area. they specialize in costumes all year round. Not necessarily haloween but get creative and think costumes and make(up). Ask some japanese youth about cosplay and they may steer you right.

such costumes like say a replica (custom) of Wolverine’s costume based off of one the comic adaptations? Is there a copyright penalty? That will prevent them?
